As a medic I have seen my fair share of fatal gun fights, and something has been bothering me. If an officer/suspect/civilian is downed and shots are still being fired I can't help them. I think I should be able to evacuate the injured people to the hospital and hold the suspects/civilians there until the battle is over. I don't know what I should do with the officers that I take back to the hospital, should I hold them to or let them return?          - Sincerely, your  slightly seasoned medic that only experiences desync at crucial moments (i.e Federal Reserve being robbed and I crashed my heli because of d sync)

Also, in serious accidents I think I should only be able to transport the deap people to the hospital to increase the "realness" of the roleplay.
If this becomes a thing they shouldn't be allowed to respawn because technically they're in medical custody, right?
